Co-Occurring Partial Hospitalization Program Day treatment is designed to assist either adolescents or adults who require stabilization without the intensity of full inpatient hospitalization. The program provides structured programming between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, allowing patients to return home at night and maintain important family relationships. An intensive, interdisciplinary approach is used in day treatment, helping to supplement the recovery process when traditional outpatient treatment is not enough or is not available. In addition, psychiatric day treatment provides a transition for recent inpatient clients as they begin to integrate back into their everyday lives.
